Join us at Domas Studio for an evening centered around reflection, movement, and reconnecting with yourself through both writing and gentle physical awareness.
In this collaborative experience, Taylor Cothern will guide participants through thoughtful journaling prompts and writing exercises designed to encourage reflection, emotional processing, and creative exploration. Throughout the evening, Megan Zeitler will lead gentle movement and grounding exercises that help participants reconnect with their bodies and create space for mindfulness and release.
This class is designed to feel supportive, approachable, and restorative—offering moments of quiet reflection balanced with intentional movement. No writing or yoga experience is needed. This is not about performance or perfection, but simply giving yourself permission to slow down and tune in.
