Art + Yoga: A Creative Reset

Join Megan Zeitler and Grace for a unique experience that combines gentle movement with creative expression.

This class begins with accessible yoga and movement exercises designed to help participants slow down, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies. From there, Grace will guide participants through a reflective art experience that encourages creativity, mindfulness, and personal exploration.

No yoga or artistic experience is needed. This class is designed to meet participants exactly where they are and offers a welcoming environment for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
