Art for Homeschoolers at Daytime Studio Hours
- A six-week art class for grades K through 5
Make Monday mornings the creative highlight of your homeschool week. In this small, hands-on studio class, students dive into art history, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math), and movement and sensory play, learning by exploring, building, and making.
Every session focuses on a specific foundational skill and wraps up with a finished project to take home. Over the six weeks, students will also work on one larger concept project, building on it week after week. It's a chance to slow down, make thoughtful choices, and watch a big idea take shape over time.
Class Details
- Grades: K through 5th
- Dates: Mondays, November 9, 16, 23, and 30, and December 7 and 14
- Time: 10:00 to 11:30 AM
- Location: Domas Studio, 201 S. Chestnut St., Assumption, IL
- Cost: $99 for the full six-week session [all materials included]
Traveling or missing a week? Life happens, especially around the holidays. If your family needs to miss one of the six dates, we'll coordinate a make-up session so your student doesn't miss out on the class time.
Small by design. We're keeping class sizes limited so every student gets plenty of one-on-one support, and spots will go quickly. Reserve your child's place today.
A note for parents
You're always welcome to stay during class! We have a cozy parent hang-out area where you can settle in with a good book, grab a booth to get some work done, or simply enjoy a quiet hour while your student creates. Stay for the whole class or drop off and come back, whatever works best for your family.
