Join us for a unique two-part fiber arts experience that combines painting, fabric dyeing, and embroidery into one beautiful landscape artwork.

During the first session, participants will create a landscape scene directly on fabric using a combination of paint and dye techniques. You'll explore color blending, texture, and composition while building a one-of-a-kind background inspired by nature and the landscape around us.

In the second session, Chelsea will guide participants through basic stitching and embroidery techniques to add depth, texture, and intricate details to their painted fabric. Through thread, you'll bring your landscape to life by highlighting features, creating movement, and adding personal touches that make each piece unique.

This class is perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike. No painting, sewing, or embroidery experience is required. We'll guide you through every step of the process, making this a fun and approachable way to explore multiple art forms in a single project.

By the end of the course, you'll leave with a completed mixed-media textile artwork that combines the beauty of painting with the rich texture of hand stitching.
