Join Chef Tom Zuber for an evening of creativity, food artistry, and delicious flavors as you learn the fundamentals of building a beautiful charcuterie board.

This beginner-friendly workshop will guide participants through the techniques that transform simple ingredients into an impressive presentation. You'll learn the basics of meat artistry, cheese handling, arrangement techniques, color balance, texture, and composition while creating a charcuterie board that is both visually stunning and enjoyable to eat.

Throughout the evening, Chef Tom will share tips and tricks for selecting ingredients, creating movement within your design, and arranging elements in a way that feels intentional and inviting. By the end of class, you'll have created your own completed charcuterie board and will have time to relax and enjoy it after the workshop.

One board can comfortably feed two people, making this a perfect date night, friend outing, or solo experience. You're welcome to attend with a spouse, partner, friend, or family member, or simply come on your own and enjoy learning something new.

Only one ticket is needed per board design.

Participants are welcome to bring a beverage of their choice, including alcoholic beverages, to enjoy during the class.
