Art + Yoga: September 28th 

This monthly Sunday session from 4:30–5:30PM blends gentle floor yoga with creative exploration.

While holding relaxing yoga poses, we’ll use large, flowing movements on paper to draw and make marks — encouraging bilateral movement that engages both sides of the brain.

Bilateral movement has been shown to enhance creativity, improve thinking and organization, and help reduce anxiety, making this practice both calming and inspiring.

No yoga or art experience is needed — just bring a yoga mat. All art supplies are provided, and you’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and creatively recharged.
