Join Domas Studio and Whimsical Whiskers Rescue for an afternoon of creativity, community, and supporting a wonderful local cause.
During this special fundraiser event, participants will select a pre-drawn portrait featuring one of the actual kittens or cats currently being cared for by Whimsical Whiskers Rescue. Each animal portrait will be hand-drawn in advance, allowing artists of all ages and skill levels to focus on the fun part, bringing their furry friend to life through color, paint, and mixed media.
Choose between a 5x7 or 8x10 artwork when registering. Upon arrival, you'll select your favorite rescue cat and choose from a variety of art supplies to make the piece uniquely your own.
When your artwork is complete, you can:
- Take your finished piece home
- Donate it back to Whimsical Whiskers Rescue to display at their facility
- Donate it to be sent home with the cat's future adopter as a special keepsake
This event is designed as an open studio experience, meaning you may arrive anytime between 12 PM and 4 PM. We recommend allowing approximately 60–90 minutes to complete your artwork.
No experience is necessary, and all ages are welcome. Whether you're a cat lover, an artist, or simply looking for a fun way to support a local nonprofit, this is a wonderful opportunity to create something meaningful while helping animals in need.
All supplies are provided.
